Cover of the Day: Wicked Lovely

Wicked Lovely by Melissa Marr

This book cover has always been one of my absolute favorites. It's one of those books that's been on my shelf forever and I just fall in love with the cover every time I pick it up. I love the detail of the frost on her hands, and the blurred effect of her face in the background. I like that you can still see the expression on her face, but that her hands with the flower are the central point of the cover.
I just think everything about it is so artistic and beautiful!

Cover of the Day: Linked

Linked by Imogen Howson

How gorgeous is this cover?! I love the lighting of the photo and the disjointed feel of it, and also the mirroring of the image - so, yeah, I basically love everything! I can't wait for this book to come out, because I'm dying to find out what is up with the intensity on this girl's face, it almost looks like she might be trying to run from something. It's really rare to find a cover these days that actually makes you stop and look closer to see what's really going on, and this one definitely has that appeal that'll make you look twice.
