Dash and Lily's Book of Dares by Rachel Cohn and David Levithan
I've always loved this cover! I love the city background (especially the colors), and how the title is on the street sign. I love how the colors are a bit... smudgy to make it look like it's snowing, and I LOVE the heart-shaped snowflakes. They go perfect with the cute story inside.
