A Really Awesome Mess by Trish Cook and Brendan Halpin
I'm not exactly sure what this has to do with the story because I haven't read it, but I still love this cover. It sounds like it'll be a very serious story, but this is still a really fun cover. I wanted to read it before I saw the synopsis just because I wanted to know who was eating their lunch off these things lol I also love the colors. The yellow is super bright and is asking for attention. The white and silver are stand out clean against everything else. It also took me back to my childhood, I used these all the time in school. I also love the font of the title and author's names. Just because it looks kind of bad... But that's the point right? The title is "A Really Awesome Mess".....
So what do you think?

I love this cover! I've actually read the book and think it's pretty fitting, not just because it relates to the school, but because it also reflects the tone of the story quite well. Great pick! :)
